My Story

My name is Omar Jacobo, and I founded Frosty's HVAC LLC in 2018 right here in Farmers Branch, Texas. Growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I watched families struggle with unreliable HVAC contractors who charged hidden fees and left homeowners guessing about costs. I knew there had to be a better way, and that conviction is what drove me to start Frosty's HVAC.

I hold EPA Section 608 Certification (Certificate #2396328, issued April 2022), which qualifies me to handle all types of refrigerants used in residential HVAC systems. I am also a Registered Electrical Apprentice and Registered Plumbing Apprentice through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). I am currently working toward my TACLA contractor license (estimated 2027). Every job I take on is backed by these credentials and a commitment to meeting the highest standards in residential heating and cooling.

One of the things I am most proud of is being bilingual. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and that means I can serve the entire DFW community without anyone feeling left out of the conversation. Whether you prefer to discuss your AC repair in English or your furnace installation in Spanish, I want you to feel heard and understood. Serving my neighbors in their preferred language is not just good business — it is personal to me.

Frosty's HVAC is a residential-only HVAC company. We do not split our attention between commercial buildings and homes. Our entire focus is on families: AC repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, AC replacement, heating repair, furnace repair, furnace installation, and heat pump installation. By specializing in residential systems, we have built deep expertise in the equipment that keeps your family comfortable year-round.

I could not do this alone, and I do not have to. My partner, Mariafernanda Jacobo, serves as Managing Member and handles the operations side of Frosty's HVAC. She is the reason every customer experience runs smoothly — from the moment you call to schedule an appointment to the follow-up after the work is done. Mariafernanda ensures that communication is clear, scheduling is efficient, and every homeowner feels valued. Together, we have built Frosty's HVAC into a company our community trusts.

We proudly serve six communities across the DFW metroplex: Farmers Branch, Coppell, Irving, Flower Mound, Lewisville, and Grapevine. I know these neighborhoods because I live and work here.
