Our Story
Frosty's HVAC LLC was founded in 2018 by Omar Jacobo in Farmers Branch, Texas. What started as one technician's commitment to honest HVAC service has grown into one of the most trusted residential HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex — built entirely on word-of-mouth referrals and a 4.8-star Google rating from 92 reviews.
Omar Jacobo is the Founder and Owner of Frosty's HVAC LLC. He holds EPA Section 608 Certification (Certificate #2396328), a Plumbing Apprentice Registration (#184020) from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), and an Electrical Apprentice License (#AE-765102) from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Mariafernanda Jacobo serves as Managing Member & Licensed HVAC Contractor. She holds HVAC Contractor License TACLA126718E from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) — verify at tdlr.texas.gov — and Electrical Apprentice License #AE-764970 (TDLR). She also manages scheduling, customer communications, and ensures every homeowner feels taken care of from the first phone call to the final follow-up. Together, Omar Jacobo and Mariafernanda Jacobo have built a company that treats every home like their own.
